Mason Hall is the fourth residence hall renovation at SUNY Plattsburgh as part of a residence hall master plan. Preceded by deFredenburgh, Hood and Harrington Halls and led by Partner, Doug Schaefer, the scope at Mason similarly reflects upgraded mechanicals, modernized interior and improved energy efficiency.
Further south at Purchase College, the focus of the renovations is primarily throughout the bathroom facilities. Abatement, ADA compliance, M/E/P, code upgrades and aesthetics are critical components to the renovation ofFarside Hall. Similar to the ongoing efforts at SUNY Plattsburgh, Farside Hall is part of a long range plan to continue to modernize residences in a strategic, cost effective manner.
