OUR PROJECTS

Our firm focuses exclusively on education projects:  both PK-12 and Higher Education.  However, that doesn’t mean the work is monotonous!  Our Higher Education projects include (but are not limited to) residence halls, dining facilities, libraries, collaborative learning spaces, academic buildings, science labs, and administrative offices.  Our PK-12 projects include (but are not limited to) music rooms, athletic facilities and fields, science labs, classrooms, cafeterias, administrative offices, and multi-purpose rooms.  From additions to renovations to new construction, our designers guide projects from inception to completion.

Our firm is a pioneer in Design-Build residence halls for DASNY.  We are teamed with Purcell Construction Corporation on the very first Design-Build residence hall for the Dormitory Authority.  The 263-bed, 80,000 square foot, $21 million residence hall is currently under construction at SUNY College at Brockport.  This is the third Design-Build project we’ve teamed with Purcell on and we continue to pursue more projects with this alternative construction method.
