  • Maximize site design for safe, efficient and separate pedestrian and vehicular thoroughfares while remaining sensitive to surrounding natural habitats.
  • Spearhead DASNY’s sustainable design initiatives with its first LEED-certified residence hall.
  • Execute Phase I using Design-Build delivery model.
