On October 1, Mach VP Brian Kelley presented at the 2013 ERAPPA Regional Conference in Rochester, New York. Inspired by the recent demand to bring outdated residence halls up to modern standards and code, the title of the presentation was: “Residence Hall Retrofit: A project to Reuse, Renew, Revive, Recycle, Recruit and Retain”.
