Project Overview:

Targeted renovation projects can be proposed to refresh a space with paint, fixtures and finishes, a roof replacement or a gut rehabilitation of portions of a building. Regardless of the scope, the common thread in successful targeted renovation work is getting the most bang for your buck.

What the Client Needed:

  • Design solutions that are cost effective and maximize the allocated budget for optimum scope and minimal long term energy and maintenance costs.
  • Provide a detail-oriented, active presence and high-impact project management on campus from project award to close-out.
  • Keep issues of noise, cleanliness, continuation of utilities and safety of paramount importance throughout construction.
  • Spend time with stakeholders to assure that the end product reflects a collaborative process that delivers the financial and physical objectives.
